We can operate and maintain all of your information technology systems or provide support for on-site personnel with complex projects or day-to-day operations. Each service plan is custom tailored for each costumer’s requirements and price points. For hourly in-person work our rate is 150 a hour and that includes travel to the site. For those seeking remote assistance the rate can vary depending on the task:

• 75 hourly for windows support

• 100 hourly for networking support

• 110 hourly for SAN and NAS support

• 50 project planning support

These rates can be reduced if a service or maintenance agreement is agreed upon
